Location : Pune, Chennai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Coimbatore, Bhubaneswar, Visakhapatnam, and Kolkata.

Job Description :

Key Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and optimize custom ABAP programs, reports, forms, and enhancements in the SAP CRM module, including but not limited to activities like sales, service management, and customer engagement.

- Work on CRM-related objects such as Business Transactions, Marketing, Sales, Service Orders, and Case Management.

- Work on integrating SAP CRM with other SAP modules (SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW, etc.) and third-party systems to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.

- Perform customizations to meet the specific business requirements, working closely with functional consultants to ensure alignment with the business processes.

- Participate in technical discussions and design sessions to ensure the solution meets the functional and technical requirements.

- Perform code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices, SAP standards, and compliance with the organizations coding guidelines.

- Provide ongoing support for SAP CRM ABAP programs and applications, addressing user issues and ensuring smooth operation.

- Collaborate with functional consultants to prepare and execute unit tests, integration tests, and user acceptance tests (UAT) for SAP CRM ABAP developments.

Skills and Exp required :

- Technical skills: Knowledge of SAP CRM technical skills, including ABAP, CRM Web UI, and SAP CRM middleware

- Customization: Ability to develop and customize SAP CRM solutions to meet business requirements

- Integration: Ability to integrate SAP CRM with other SAP modules

- Implementation: Experience with full lifecycle implementation in SAP CRM

- Problem solving: Ability to work independently to develop solutions, fix bugs, and resolve issues

- Experience: Experience with SAP CRM for 9 years

- Exposure: Exposure to CRM Service and IC web client

- Knowledge of Telecom CRM Understanding: Understanding of ABAP and experience with debugging

- Communication: Experience working with all levels of management to bring solutions for technical and business issues.
