Job Description
Skill / JD: Primary responsibilities include infrastructure management, deployment of software to fleet, monitoring and rollback, troubleshooting, diagnosing and fixing operational issues and developing monitoring solutions.
Additional responsibilities include working alongside development team, updating/enhancing our current software, automation of support processes and documentation of our systems.
Mandatory skills:
2+ years of development or technical support experience
Experience in Unix and scripting (Bash, Perl, Python)
Strong understanding of operating system internals, including network and storage subsystems
Notice: Immediate Joiners only
Shift timings: 9 AM to 6 PM.
