Job Description
Ntrix Innovations is looking for Devops Lead to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.
- Leading the development and implementation of a DevOps strategy and roadmap, aligned with the organization's goals and objectives
- Managing and mentoring a team of DevOps engineers, providing technical guidance and coaching to ensure high-quality delivery of solutions
- Developing and implementing best practices for software development and operations, including continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, automated testing, and infrastructure as code (IaC) practices
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including development, operations, security, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery of business objectives
- Implementing and managing DevOps tools and technologies, such as Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
- Designing and implementing automation solutions for infrastructure and application deployment, configuration, and management
- Ensuring compliance with security and regulatory requirements
- Providing technical leadership and guidance to the team in troubleshooting and resolving production issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
