About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Domestic IT Recruiter to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in IT recruitment, sourcing, and screening candidates using job portals like Naukri and LinkedIn. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills to attract top IT talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Sourcing & Screening: Utilize Naukri, LinkedIn, and other platforms to identify and engage IT professionals.
• Interviewing & Shortlisting: Conduct initial screening calls and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• ATS Management: Efficiently track and manage candidate pipelines using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Negotiation & Offer Management: Negotiate salary, benefits, and other employment terms with candidates.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Compliance & Employment Law: Ensure hiring practices align with Indian labor laws and company policies.
• Problem-Solving & Time Management: Handle hiring challenges effectively while meeting deadlines.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3+ years in IT recruitment with hands-on sourcing experience using Naukri & LinkedIn.
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with employment laws, ATS usage, and recruitment best practices.
• Location: Hyderabad-based candidates preferred.
