Job Title: Sourcing Partner

Job Summary : We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sourcing Partner to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is ideal for someone with 1 to 3 years of experience in sourcing and recruiting. The Sourcing Partner will play a key role in identifying and engaging top talent to support our organization’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify, engage, and build relationships with potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
• Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Collaborate with hiring managers to refine candidate profiles.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor talent strategies to enhance sourcing efforts. Provide insights and recommendations to the Talent Acquisition team.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and candidate database, ensuring accurate documentation of candidate interactions and pipeline status.
• Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing process by communicating effectively and providing timely feedback.
• Track sourcing metrics and provide regular updates to the team on progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources
• 1 to 3 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
