Job Description

Job Role: IT Recruiter

Location: Thane / Indore / Surat
Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire (6 Months)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled IT Recruiter to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis for 6 months. The ideal candidate will lead the end-to-end hiring process for technical positions. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent, ensuring that candidates meet the technical and cultural fit for the roles.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for IT roles using job boards, professional networks, social media, and other platforms.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, team culture, and role-specific needs.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct initial interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
  • Job Postings: Create compelling job descriptions and post them on appropriate platforms to attract quality candidates.
  • Technical Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies to effectively identify candidate potential.
  • Recruitment Metrics: Track and report recruitment activities, including time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and candidate feedback.
  • Employer Branding: Represent the company positively during recruitment events, career fairs, and online interactions.
  • Onboarding Support: Collaborate with HR to ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or Technical Recruiter in an agency or corporate setting.
  • Familiarity with technical roles such as Software Developers, System Administrators, Data Analysts, etc.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment tools and sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in HR or IT Recruitment.
  • Experience recruiting for cloud and emerging technology roles.
