HR Generalist (PMS & Employee Engagement Expert)

PMS:-

• Develop and implement performance management documentation and performance management strategies.
• Monitor and evaluate employee performance regularly.
• Provide feedback and coaching to enhance individual and team performance.
• Collaborate with HR teams to align performance goals with the organization's objectives.
• Excellent industry awareness and understanding of the performance management evaluation needs of the organization.
• setting performance standards and measuring results.
• Ability to develop structured processes, policies, and procedures that support goal achievement (Related to PMS or annual appraisals)
• Identify below/poor performers and work closely with their direct supervisor to identify development plans and areas for improvement.
• Design and develop communication programs to link talent development more clearly to performance management.
• Provide strategic advice and guidance on the performance management framework.

Employee Engagement

• Design and execute employee engagement programs, including events, workshops, and recognition initiatives.
• Prepare an Employee Engagement Calendar for weekly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly & annually.
• Develop a plan for Indoor & outdoor activities.
• Prepare a strategic module that not only focuses on fun & entertainment but also helps employees to develop.
• Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to measure employee engagement levels and identify areas for improvement.
• Analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of engagement initiatives and make recommendations for future improvements.
• Provide coaching and support to managers and team leaders on best practices for employee engagement.
