Centilytics - Zoho Consultant (3-6 yrs)

Job Title : Zoho Consultant.

Experience Required : 3 -6 Years.

Responsibilities :

- Implement and customize Zoho applications to meet client requirements.

- Provide expert consultation on Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, and other Zoho applications.

- Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients to ensure effective use of Zoho products.

- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Zoho applications.

- Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and provide tailored solutions.

- Develop and maintain documentation for Zoho implementations and customizations.

- Stay updated with the latest Zoho features and updates to provide the best solutions to clients.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Zoho Consultant or in a similar role.

- In-depth knowledge of Zoho applications, including Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, etc.

- Strong coding knowledge, particularly in scripting languages used within Zoho applications.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
