Position: Mother Teacher
Department: Pre-primary Section
Reporting To: Principal/Head of Pre-primary Section

Job Summary

A Mother Teacher is responsible for nurturing the foundational development of pre-primary students. This role focuses on fostering a positive and safe environment that supports the emotional, social, cognitive, and physical growth of young learners. The teacher acts as a guide and mentor, creating a home-like atmosphere in the classroom while ensuring adherence to the CBSE curriculum frame work.

Educational Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelors degree (preferably in Early Childhood Education, Child Psychology, or a related field).
• Diploma in Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) or Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Prior experience as a pre-primary teacher or mother teacher is advantageous.
