Medical Coder ( Multispecialty Surgery Coder )

Immediate Joiners Preferred

• We are looking for an experienced Medical Coder with a minimum of 2 years' experience in multispecialty surgery coding to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will have experience in coding for various specialties, including General Surgery, Urology Surgery, Ophthalmology Surgery, and Pain Management.
• This is a remote opportunity, and we are looking for someone who can start immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately code procedures and diagnoses for General Surgery, Urology Surgery, Ophthalmology Surgery, Pain Management, and other multispecialty.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and payer-specific requirements.
• Review and interpret clinical documents, physician notes, and other medical records to assign appropriate codes.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of coding changes, guidelines, and compliance requirements.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Medical Coder, specifically in multispecialty surgery coding.
• Experience with General Surgery, Ophthalmology Surgery, Pain Management, and other surgical specialties.
• E/M coding experience is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in CPC (Certified Professional Coder) or equivalent is a plus.
