Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Prior Authorization Specialist with over 1 year of experience in the US Healthcare domain to join our team. The role involves working in a fast-paced office environment in New Delhi during night shifts to manage the prior authorization process for US healthcare claims.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and verify patient insurance eligibility for medical procedures
• Obtain prior authorization for healthcare services from insurance companies
• Communicate effectively with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and patients
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of authorizations
• Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to authorizations in a timely manner
• Adhere to healthcare compliance and regulations

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Prior Authorization or similar roles in US Healthcare
• Strong knowledge of insurance policies and healthcare terminology
• Ability to work in night shifts (US-based working hours)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Familiarity with healthcare management systems is a plus
