Job Title: Senior Manager, IT - India Office (NPB Support) with HIPAA Compliance

Overview:

The Senior IT Manager will oversee desktop and application support, compliance (HIPAA), and network management for a US-based medical practice. This leadership role involves managing a team, working the night shift, and ensuring compliance with IT security standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead desktop and application support services.

- Ensure HIPAA compliance and conduct regular audits.

- Collaborate on network integration and optimization.

- Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals.

- Report daily during the night shift.

- Train team on Microsoft services (Windows, Office 365).

- Communicate regularly with senior management.

Requirements:

- Masters degree in IT or related field.

- 10+ years of IT leadership experience, including desktop/application support and compliance.

- Expertise in HIPAA and security protocols.

- Strong leadership and communication skills.

- Availability for night shifts and daily office reporting.
