Job Description
- Convert purchase requisitions to purchase orders and handle export orders from foreign Novo Nordisk production sites.
- Perform invoice verification and posting in the Coupa Invoicing System.
- Participate in stakeholder management activities, including weekly performance board meetings and monthly team meetings.
- Maintain planning-relevant master data and ensure data quality.
- Engage in problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.
- A master s or bachelor s degree in related field from a well-recognised institute along with 3-5 years of experience in planning and support functions.
- Proficiency in SAP ECC/R3 within supply chain is must.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to process data.
- Good understanding of supply chain concepts (plan, make, source, deliver, and return) and supporting master data.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (word, excel, powerpoint).
- Strong communication skills to deal with global stakeholders and vendors is required.
- Nice to have experience in Coupa (End User).
