The Position
As a Business Analyst l at Novo Nordisk, you will be anchoring below responsibilities:

- Execute IT system maintenance, support, and development tasks.
- Guarantee compliance and process adherence.
- Manage incident resolution for specified modules, ensuring timely issue resolution and implement changes within specified modules.
- Adapt swiftly to incident and change management tasks, particularly if familiar with ServiceNow or similar support models.
- Primarily collaborate and communicate with users.
Qualifications
- MSc, MBA, BE or similar graduate degree in a relevant field (Software Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration).
- 4-5 years of overall IT experience, with 2-3 years of relevant technology experience.
- SAP certification or equivalent experience to an intermediate level (Added Advantage).
- Proficient in primary user collaboration and communication.
- Skilled in representing Novo Nordisk to users and external stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, in English.

You will be organizationally placed in HR DD&IT in GBS, and you will report to the local Head of HR IT Business Solutions. The internal IT systems in Novo Nordisk support our 70,000+ colleagues globally and our 6,000+ managers. Our goal is to create an intuitive user experience and business value for our colleagues using these systems. We are anchored in DD&IT Staffs in the global Digital, Data & IT organisation.
