Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Highly visible and hands-on role as a Product Owner
- Acts as the primary Product Owner for IKS technology products
- Serves as the intersection between operations, solutions, technology development, and user experience
- Guides the design, development, and implementation of innovative technology solutions
- Drives IKS Healths digital transformation agenda from ideation to ongoing development
- Develops and delivers progress reports, proposals, and requirements documentation
- Collaborates with stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements
- Identifies areas for improvement and maintains detailed documentation of processes, requirements, and workflows
- Partners with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and enhance operational efficiency
- Acts as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Conducts user training sessions and supports client teams during acceptance testing
Qualifications:
- 4+ yrs experience working as a Business Analyst/Product Owner
- Bachelor s degree in business administration, finance, computer science, or related field
- Proven experience as a business analyst, product owner or similar role
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Experience in the US healthcare industry or with healthcare data is a plus
- Agile experience or certification is a plus
