Job Description
Senior Business Analyst
Role responsibilities:
Develop detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) in collaboration with stakeholders.
Analyze and document existing RCM/EHR processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance.
Gather user feedback, prioritize requirements, and assist in managing the product backlog, ensuring clear communication between business and IT teams.
Work closely with business and technical teams to ensure requirements are translated effectively into technical solutions.
Assist in the testing, user training, and documentation for new system implementations, upgrades, or process changes.
Preferred candidate profile:
3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Proven experience in developing BRDs and FRDs, conducting requirements gathering sessions, and managing user feedback.
Experience in assisting backlog management, user story creation, and Agile project methodologies.
Proficient in tools such as Microsoft Excel, Visio, and JIRA (or similar backlog management software).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with both technical teams and healthcare business stakeholders.
Exp in US healthcare RCM, EHR systems, or related healthcare technologies is preferred.
A Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
