We are currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst - Banking to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

Role: Senior Business Analyst

Skill :

1. Techno Functinal Skill

2. Strong Presentation & Communication

3. Ability to Work & manage Business & IT stake holders

4. Banking Domin Experience is Must (International Banking Project - as on advantage )

5. User Diagram , Process Flow , Blueworks / Visio etc.

6. JIRA/ Confluence experience

7. Agile experience

Role & Resposiblities:

1. Should have experience in product implementation, end to end lifecyle, new product and upgrade Projects

2. Should have experience defining Product Strategy by understanding the market, competitors and user s behavior and offer unique Value propositions

3. Must have exposure on the Banking client / Projects

4. Should have exposure in define Roadmap, OKR s, MVP s

5. Conduct user workshops / interviews and define EPIC to low level requirements & deliver the same to IT Team for Development

6. Should be able to define key metrices to track success. Create User flows and journeys

7. Create User Stories / Funcional Requirements for IT to Pick Up

8. Product Backlog Preparation & Prioritazation Model / MOSCOW analysis
