Job Title: Senior Business Analyst

Experience Required: 5-7 Years

Location: New Delhi ,Okhla Phase 1 (Onsite)

Working Days: 5.5 days/week (Rotational Off)

About the Role: We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team in New Delhi. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in requirement gathering, creating detailed documentation (BRD, FRD, SRS), and designing wireframes using tools like Figma, MS Visio, or Balsamiq. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools such as JIRA is essential for success in this role.

• We are seeking candidates with experience in product-based companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business needs. Prepare comprehensive BRD, FRD, and SRS documentation.
• Wireframing and Prototyping: Develop wireframes and visual models to effectively communicate ideas using tools like Figma, MS Visio, or Balsamiq.
• Agile Project Management: Actively participate in Agile processes, tracking progress and ensuring project milestones are met using tools like JIRA.
• Process Optimization: Analyze and improve existing workflows, providing actionable insights to enhance overall business performance.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and key stakeholders to ensure business objectives are clearly defined and aligned.

What Were Looking For:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a Business Analyst role, with demonstrated expertise in requirement gathering, wireframing, and documentation. Prior experience in product-based companies is mandatory.
• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Figma, MS Visio, Balsamiq, and JIRA, with a solid understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Educational Background: A B.Tech and MBA are mandatory.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data and offer actionable business recommendations.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to manage and influence stakeholders effectively.
