To support this transformation, we are seeking Business Analyst Specialists who will play a key role in modernizing the Recruitment Sourcing team, transitioning from legacy technologies to advanced solutions.

Key Responsibilities: - Workshop Facilitation: Lead and facilitate workshops with local country teams, focusing on Recruitment Sourcing processes.
- Requirements Gathering: Collect, analyze, and document detailed business requirements, covering both functional and non-functional needs for technical services.
- Solution Design: Actively contribute to solution design, conducting local design sessions and guiding stakeholders through proposed solutions.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage stakeholder expectations through effective communication, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Strong knowledge of HR solutions .
- Solid understanding of Recruitment and Onboarding processes .
- Experience with Avature ATS is a plus.
- Proven experience working on transformation projects .
- Contribute to a global digital transformation initiative.
- Collaborate with a dynamic and innovative team.
- Work on impactful projects driving operational excellence.
