We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team and drive lead generation, client acquisition, and sales for our IT resource augmentation services.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, emails, networking, and referrals.
  • Develop and execute effective lead-generation strategies to build a strong sales pipeline
  • Research industry trends and potential business opportunities in IT resource augmentation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers (CTOs, CIOs, HR Heads, and Procurement Managers) in IT companies and understand their IT staffing needs
  • Conduct professional communication via emails, calls, and virtual meetings
  • Represent the company in client discussions, negotiations, and onboarding processes
  • Convert leads into long-term business relationships
  • Understand client requirements and match them with available technology talent (software developers, DevOps engineers, data scientists, etc.).
  • Develop proposals, presentations, and customized solutions for potential clients
  • Maintain and update CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) with leads, contacts, and sales pipeline data.
  • Work towards achieving sales targets and revenue growth
  • Work closely with recruitment teams to align client requirements with available talent
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and track sales performance
  • Provide regular reports and insights to management on market trends and sales performance

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 3 - 6 years in IT sales, business development, and resource augmentation
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English
  • Expertise in multiple platforms like LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Upwork,, Fiverr, etc. for lead generation
  • Should have a fair understanding of technology frameworks and tech stacks to communicate with clients and align resource requirements effectively.
  • Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills
  • Ability to develop and implement sales strategies for IT staffing (Resource Augmentation)
  • Knowledge of IT industry trends, staffing solutions, and resource augmentation

Experience in cold outreach, email campaigns, and networking
