Role & responsibilities

Job Requirement Analysis:

• Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand job requirements and create detailed job descriptions.
• Define the technical skills, qualifications, and experience needed for various IT roles.

Talent Sourcing:

• Use various sourcing techniques to find potential candidates, including job boards, social media platforms, networking, and referrals.
• Leverage advanced search methods, such as Boolean search, to identify and attract qualified candidates.

Candidate Screening:

• Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial phone screens and technical assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and fit for the role.

Interview Coordination:

• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Prepare candidates for interviews by providing relevant information about the company, role, and interview process.

Candidate Engagement:

• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to keep them informed and engaged.
• Address candidates' questions and concerns to ensure a positive candidate experience.

Offer Management:

• Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate terms, including salary, benefits, and start dates.
• Facilitate the offer acceptance process and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.

Recruitment Reporting:

• Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate sources.
• Provide regular updates and insights to hiring managers and leadership on recruitment progress.

Market Research:

• Stay updated with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging technologies to effectively source and attract talent.
• Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly.

Relationship Building:

• Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, industry professionals, and recruitment agencies.
• Network with IT professionals to create a talent pool for future hiring needs.

Compliance and Documentation:

• Ensure compliance with legal and company policies during the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions, job postings, and recruitment activities.

Candidate Experience:

• Focus on delivering a positive candidate experience by ensuring timely communication and a smooth recruitment process.
• Gather feedback from candidates and hiring managers to continuously improve the recruitment process.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with the HR team and other departments to align recruitment efforts with company goals and needs.
• Participate in recruitment planning and strategy meetings to contribute to the overall talent acquisition strategy.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience:

• 2-5years in IT recruitment or a related role.

Skills:

• Expertise in technical recruitment with a solid understanding of IT roles and skills.
• Proficient in sourcing candidates via platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and Glassdoor.
• Strong in screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Good organizational and relationship management abilities.
• Up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions.

Education:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
