Job Description
Summary
-Specialist for project delivery and/or operations in the given business sub -capability. -Partner with Business Stakeholders and DDIT Strategic Business Partners for demand analysis, solution proposal/evaluation and project delivery -Drive operations of systems and applications in scope (both Global and Local), ensuring their stability and integrity and meeting customer service levels.

- Deliver products according to strategy and with reusability.
- Ensure on time within budget compliant secure and quality delivery of portfolio for responsible service area.
- Ensure services solutions platforms products are fit for purpose and achieve the desired business value and impact.
Key performance indicators:
- Delivery on agreed KPIs including business impact
- Launch of innovative technology solutions across Novartis at scale
- Business impact and value generated from DDIT solutions
- Adoption and development of Agile Productization and DevOps practices
- Operations stability and effective risk management
- Feedback on customer experience
- Applications adherence to ISC requirements and are audit ready.

Work Experience:
- At least 8-10 years of experience in managing portfolios and delivering projects on time, within budget, and ensuring compliance, security, and quality.
- Demonstrated experience in ensuring that services, solutions, platforms, and products are fit for purpose and achieve the desired business value and impact.
- Proven track record of delivering on agreed KPIs, including launching innovative technology solutions at scale and generating significant business impact and value from DDIT solutions.
- Extensive experience in adopting and developing Agile Productization and DevOps practices, ensuring operations stability, and effective risk management.
- Strong ability to gather and incorporate feedback on customer experience, ensuring applications adhere to ISC requirements and are audit ready.
- Industry/business exposure with the ability to develop trust-based relationships with key regional stakeholders and interact effectively with senior management.
- Comprehensive project management experience, including interactions with senior management and key stakeholders.
