Job Title: - Vice President - IT Infrastructure

Job Location: Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai (Work From Office Model)

Reporting to: Chief Technology Officer

Job Summary:

As the Head of IT Infrastructure, you will be responsible to strategize, implement and manage the Organisations IT infrastructure

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement the IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage, and other hardware and software components.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT infrastructure, Data Centre , Disaster recovery and ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
• Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, including engineers, technicians, and support staff.
• Ensure that the IT infrastructure complies with relevant regulations, laws, and industry standards, and implement measures to protect against cyber threats.
• Plan and manage the capacity of the IT infrastructure to meet growing demands and ensure scalability.
• Develop and implement disaster recovery plans to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders; including business leaders, employees, and customers, to ensure that IT infrastructure changes are well understood and adopted.
• Manage the IT Governance
• Understand the regulatory framework and coordination
• Handling large branches setup by enabling tools to manage asset , patches etc. centrally

Skills and Qualifications:

• Any Graduate or Post Graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in handling IT infrastructure.
• At least 3 years of work experience in a Bank essential.
• Strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructure components, including networks, servers, storage, virtualization, and cloud computing.
• Excellent leadership and management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
