Notionmindz Technology - K2 Developer - Workflows (5-7 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are hiring a K2 Developer with 5-7 years of hands-on experience to design, develop, and deploy K2-based automation solutions.

This role focuses on technical execution, including workflow design, integration, and troubleshooting, to support client-driven technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

Development & Implementation :

- Build K2 workflows, SmartForms, SmartObjects, and custom controls using K2 Designer, Workflow, and Management Tools.

- Extend K2 functionality with .NET/C# components, JavaScript/jQuery, and K2 REST APIs.

Integration & Data Management :

- Integrate K2 with external systems (e., SharePoint, SQL Server, Dynamics CRM, REST/SOAP APIs, Azure services).

- Develop SQL queries, stored procedures, and optimize data models for performance.

Collaboration :

- Work closely with business analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions.

- Participate in Agile/Scrum sprints to deliver features on schedule.

Optimization & Maintenance :

- Debug and resolve technical issues in K2 workflows, forms, and integrations.

- Apply security best practices (roles, permissions, encryption) to K2 solutions.

Documentation :

- Create technical specifications, test cases, and deployment guides.

- Stay updated on K2 Cloud/Five updates and industry trends.

Qualifications :

- 5-7 years of hands-on K2 development experience (K2 Five/Cloud).

- Proficiency in K2 tools, . NET, C#, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and SQL Server.

- Experience integrating K2 with SharePoint, databases, APIs, or cloud services (Azure/AWS).

- Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and BPM concepts.

- K2 certification (preferred but not mandatory).

Preferred Skills :

- Familiarity with Power Platform, Nintex, or UiPath.

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for K2 deployments.

- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
