Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement custom DocuSign workflows that align with business processes.

- Configure DocuSign templates, envelopes, and settings- for document routing, signing, and data extraction.

- Integrate DocuSign with existing systems (e.g., CRM, ERP) to create seamless document workflows.

- Train and support team members on DocuSign usage and best practices.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to DocuSign configuration and implementation.

- Continuously identify opportunities for improvement to optimize workflows and increase productivity.

Qualifications :

- Proven experience with DocuSign configuration and a deep understanding of workflows, templates, envelopes, and integrations .

- Strong proficiency in DocuSign's API and integration tools .

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to resolve issues quickly.

- Exceptional communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

- Ability to adapt to changing business requirements and learn new technologies.

Preferred Qualifications :

- DocuSign certifications(e.g., DocuSign Certified Administrator or Developer).

- Experience in relevant industries is a plus!
