Job Description:

- To own and drive end-to-end digitization enhancements and align technology related research with the organization's overall vision, strategies, and objectives.

- To integrate and coordinate the development of and implementation of digitization projects to achieve maximum institution-wide efficiencies and synergies.

- To deliver desired business outcomes through effective planning and ensure implementation to realize maximum benefit with minimized risk for projects/stakeholders by leveraging a consistent framework and processes defined by the Business Vertical.

- To collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and maintain digitization roadmap thus support in the identification and prioritization of required technology initiatives across the organization.

- To be responsible for technology capability assessment, establishment of new technology services thus fostering innovation and promoting process excellence.

- To educate internal stakeholder and design and oversee training, learning and development initiatives on the use of new technology and assist them to implement the solutions that will maximize their value to the organization.

- To conducts audits of currently implemented technologies to verify the results of their applications for the Business Vertical.

- To liaison with external stakeholder, lead, consultants, programmers, developers, and analysts to oversee all phases of the project from conception to completion.

- To collaborate with external ecosystem to create differentiated solutions with emerging technologies.
