Qualification: B. Com/B. Sc. & MBA in Human Resources
Experience:
- Min 8-15 years of experience in Managing Employees of Industrial Establishment with exposure to Recruitment, Training & Development, Performance Management, Contract Labour Management, IR issues, employee engagement, etc.
- Candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills with He will be required to travel sometimes.
Preferences:
- Exposure to 360 Degree Appraisals, Supporting OD Initiatives, Employee Survey.
- Manpower Planning (Staff as well as Contract Workers) up to 100 & 400 resp
- Improvement in Manpower Retention and absenteeism at All Levels.
- Skill and competency management, analysis, gap and training.
- Planning for Job Rotation and Skill Enhancement.
- HR Policy Formulation and Implementation.
- Performance Management System Implementation & Improvement.
- Support to Organization Development and Culture Improvement Initiatives.
- Employee satisfaction, employee engagement
- Salary survey, restructuring
- CSR activities
- Industrial relation
- Government approvals
- Handling of unions, wage settlements
- Security, general administration, and canteen management
- HRD costing, budgeting
Reporting to: GM (Operations)
HRD Team: Exec / Mgr HRD, Admin, IR, Security
Workdays: Mon - Sat (All Saturday's half-day)
