Northern Arc Capital - Relationship Manager (3-10 yrs)

JOB OBJECTIVE:

- To build the Supply Chain Finance portfolio across various product propositions

- To innovate credit solutions to Large / Mid Corporates and their ecosystem

- To be a part of various initiatives including new product roll-outs

- To build a high-quality portfolio and ensure deep engagement with clients to have first right of refusal

- To manage and mentor a team of associates

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- Prospecting and on-boarding new Large / Mid Corporates for trade finance (receivable & payable)

- Structure credit facilities to Start-ups

- Anchor led ecosystem financing (Dealers & Vendors). Customize programs with digital capabilities

- Regular engagement with clients to spot red flags, if any, on specific spokes / locations, etc

- Diligent portfolio management to ensure minimal overdues.

- Cohesive working with various internal stakeholders; Risk, Operations, Compliance, Legal, etc
