About Us :
At North Brick Ventures, we are transforming the real estate landscape in Noida. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead operations and drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of real estate projects.
- Set targets, and ensure business objectives are met.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Conduct property site visits, provide property details, and address customer queries.
- Assist in closing sales and ensure a smooth transaction process.
- Meet monthly targets.
- Stay updated on market trends and local property prices.
What We're Looking For:
- Knowledge of the Noida real estate market is a mandatory.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in real estate is mandatory.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams efficiently.
