Job Description:

We are recruiting candidates who can Read and Write- Hindi and English.

Roles & Responsibilities:

* This is a Non-Voice process where primary responsibility is to provide resolution to customer concerns and queries on a timely manner through E-mail and Chat.

* Excellent Communication in English and Hindi (Read and Write)

* Graduation mandatory (Any Graduation)

Work Specifics:

* 6 Days working/ Rotational Week Off.

* 8 Hours Shift- Day Shift * Fresher and experienced candidates both can Apply * Language - Hindi Read and Write Mandatory with English Communication

* Location - Ambit IT Park- Chennai.
