Provides services in the area of financial planning, accounting, controlling, reporting, performance management, tax, investor relations, treasury, and mergers and acquisitions.
Subfamily Description
Product, Services & Operatns Controlling (PSO) comprises the strategic business controlling to drive business unit / product / operations financial performance. Covers provision of decision support to unit leaders including new business plans, product profitability and pricing, offer controlling, etc.. Covers financial planning, reporting, and analysis for the respective business unit.

Accountable for quality and accuracy of own output. Responsible for contribution to teamwork. Errors may have impact on function/project/customer. Usually delivers results with a short-term, operational focus and limited impact on others.
Scope & Contribution
Individual Contributor: Participates as individual contributor to team, usually with limited professional expertise. Makes decisions affecting own work within set parameters, elevates others. Knowledge & Experience

Collects, consolidates and inputs financial information in appropriate tools analysis in accordance with requirements and defined targets in own area. Ensures accuracy and timeliness of own activities. Proactively performs preventative quality controls and takes corrective actions when errors occur. Provides basic analysis and reports to support decision-making. Contributes to ensuring compliance with Nokia accounting principles, internal controls policies and reporting procedures, as well as external rules and regulations. Cooperates actively with internal / external stakeholders to ensure proper and timely resolution of problems.
