Job Description
- Financial Operations Management:
- Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Taxation and Compliance:
- Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance processes.
- Prepare and file returns in accordance with local regulations.
- General Ledger and Accounting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and other financial accounts regularly.
- Budgeting and Expense Management:
- Assist in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses.
- Analyse variances between actual and budgeted financial performance.
- Payroll and Employee Payments:
- Handle payroll processing, including statutory deductions.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely employee disbursements.
- Audit and Financial Controls:
- Support internal and external audit activities.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and financial regulations.
- Financial Reporting:
- Prepare periodic financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow summaries.
- Assist in creating MIS reports for management decision-making.
