About the Role

Position: Inside Sales Executive

Location: Kaikondrahalli, Bangalore

Position Type: Full-time

Salary Details:

• Monthly Take-home: ₹16,500 to ₹22,000.
• Annual CTC: ₹4,44,000 (₹2,64,000 fixed + ₹1,80,000 variable).
• Top performers can earn up to ₹25,000 monthly in variable pay.

Qualifications and Requirements

Education:

• Any UG Degree (BBA, B.Tech, BA, etc.).
• Any PG Degree

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong interpersonal skills, numerical aptitude, and analytical ability.
• Decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).

Preferred Skills

Language: English, Hindi and Tamil (mandatory). Kannada or Telugu (optional).

Other Requirements

• Flexible for a day shift (9-hour login between 8 AM - 10 PM).
• Comfortable working 6 days a week, with a weekday off.
• A laptop with a webcam and a stable internet connection is mandatory.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify business opportunities by researching and identifying prospects.
• Sell products by establishing contact and building relationships with potential customers, offering tailored solutions.
• Conduct outbound calls using data from lead generation activities or other sources.
• Follow up daily on older leads while working on new leads.
• Ensure quality service by adhering to company standards.
• Be energetic, well-spoken, and driven to close sales deals and generate revenue.
