Director - Digital Marketing - IIT/IIM (7-10 yrs)

Responsibilities:

- Manage the entire user acquisition funnel

- Manage the cross-selling and upselling campaigns for registered users

- Build data-driven consumer insights for maximum efficiency

- Manage various advertising platforms like AdWords, social media, marketing automation, email and SMS marketing, etc

- Manage the analytics and data insights from various sources

- Manage the Digital Marketing and Analytics Team and guide them for the best ROI

Qualifications and Desired Skills:

- IIT/IIM Graduate with 7+years of Digital Marketing experience

- Expert in Digital Marketing channels (Search, Display, Social, Video, Email, SMS, etc)

- Strong analytical and data skills

- Experience in using Adobe Analytics would be preferred.

- Else high expertise at Google Analytics

- Excellent leadership and communication skills

- Experience in handling and managing the Digital Marketing Team
