We are able to regenerate knee cartilage, the clinical study and clinical trials support this. We are running trials for diabetes drugs and planning for rheumatoid arthritis drug. We're on the lookout for a visionary director to join our dynamic team and lead the charge in transforming healthcare delivery. The next Financial milestone is to scale 10X to reach 150Cr revenue per month by March 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Director of Digital Marketing to lead our digital marketing initiatives and drive business growth. This role requires a hands-on expert in performance marketing, email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, and other digital channels to design, execute, and optimize campaigns that generate measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Marketing:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor and reduce Cost Per Lead (CPL) while maximizing ROI.
- Analyze data to refine targeting and creative strategies.
Email Marketing:
- Design and implement targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers.
- Ensure high deliverability rates and optimize email performance metrics (open rates, CTRs).
- Develop automated email sequences using CRM tools.
WhatsApp Marketing:
- Create and manage WhatsApp marketing campaigns to engage prospects and existing customers.
- Leverage WhatsApp Business API for personalized communication and lead nurturing.
- Track performance metrics and refine strategies for better engagement.
SEO and Content Strategy:
- Oversee SEO efforts to ensure strong organic visibility and high-quality traffic.
- Collaborate with the content team to create compelling and relevant materials for digital campaigns.
Social Media Marketing:
- Develop and execute social media strategies that drive engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation.
- Optimize content and campaigns for each platform to reach target audiences effectively.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Set KPIs and measure performance across all digital marketing channels.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and others to provide actionable insights.
Team Leadership:
- Manage and mentor a team of digital marketers, designers, and content creators.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
Budget Management:
- Allocate and manage digital marketing budgets effectively across campaigns.
- Ensure cost efficiency while delivering desired outcomes.
Requirements:
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
Professional Experience:
- Proven track record of managing successful performance marketing campaigns.
- Expertise in email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) and WhatsApp Business API.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.
- Hands-on experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and CRM platforms.
