Senior Executive - HR

Joining & Onboarding:

• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, including document verification and background checks.
• Ensure a seamless joining experience for new hires, coordinating pre-joining formalities.

2. Induction & Orientation:

• Conduct induction sessions to familiarize new employees with company policies, culture, and work environment.
• Coordinate with different departments to facilitate smooth integration.

3. HR Operations & Documentation:

• Maintain accurate employee records, including personal files, contracts, and compliance-related documentation.
• Handle HR MIS and generate reports as required.

4. Employee Engagement:

• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
• Address employee concerns and contribute to a positive work environment.

5. Employee Assessment & Confirmation:

• Manage probation review processes, collect feedback, and facilitate confirmation procedures.
• Assist in performance evaluation processes and probation extension, if required.

6. Exit Process & Interviews:

• Conduct exit interviews to understand employee concerns and suggest retention strategies.
• Oversee full and final settlement and ensure a smooth offboarding experience.

7. Training Coordination:

• Identify training needs in coordination with department heads.
• Organize training sessions and maintain training records.

Key Requirements:

• MBA/PGDM in HR or a relevant field.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering company.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Strong expertise in HR MIS with proficiency in data handling and reporting.
• Exceptional skills in report preparation and data presentation to support decision-making.
• Proficiency in MS Office, HR software, and data analytics tools.
