Job Description
- Understanding the target markets, including industry, company, project,company contacts and prepare market strategies that can be used to tap clients.
- Lead generation through Meeting, Cold Call or through industry Contacts.
- Handling inquiry of customers and conversion following end to end process of Quotation, Sales Order.
- Strategically plan and achieve the sales targets assigned on monthly, quarterly yearly basis.
- Appointment of Dealers wherever planned to get entry and servicing of plants.
- Enhance business through tie ups with Liaison agents, EPC contractors.
- Timely payment collection from clients.
- Timely resolution of customer issues pertaining to sales and service.
- Impart training to the team assigned.
- Generate Leads through participation in exhibitions.
- Retaining dealers Representative keeping them active on monthly basis.
- Strongly adherence of MIS Reporting system is required.
- Should have technical sales experience.
- This position requires travelling of minimum 15 days in or outside HQ town.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection.
- High degree of self motivation and ambition.
- Skills to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Commercial awareness.
Experience in building dealer network and B2B Sales
Education: Bachelor s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Relevant Experience: Min. 3 years experience in relevant field
Total Experience: 5 7 Years
