Our mission is to provide customers with a seamless and trustworthy platform to buy, sell, and own high-quality used two-wheelers. As we expand our B2B operations, we are seeking a strategic and experienced Manager - B2B Supply Operations to lead our efforts in achieving supply targets through the B2B channel.

Role Overview

The Team Lead - B2B Supply Operations at DriveX will be responsible for leading and managing the B2B supply operations across the geographies in which the company operates. This pivotal role involves achieving supply targets, implementing industry best practices, creating scalable processes, and establishing strong partnerships within the B2B channel. As the owner of this channel, you will lead a team of Team Leaders and Vehicle Evaluation Engineers, train and develop them, and ensure operational excellence within budgetary constraints.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve the company's B2B supply targets, driving growth and expansion.
  • Lead and manage a team of Team Leaders and Vehicle Evaluation Engineers across different geographies.
  • Establish strong partnerships with wholesalers, and other B2B partners to secure a consistent supply of quality used two-wheelers.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align B2B supply strategies with overall company goals.
  • Introduce industry best practices and create robust, scalable processes that can be replicated in other regions.
  • Develop training programs for the team to ensure consistent and accurate vehicle evaluations.
  • Monitor and analyse supply data, identifying trends, opportunities, and potential challenges.
  • Foster a culture of performance and continuous improvement within the B2B supply operations team.
  • Own and manage the B2B supply operations budget, ensuring operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Drive innovation and propose new initiatives to enhance the B2B supply channel's effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise inventory management and vehicle refurbishment processes.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market dynamics to stay ahead of competitors and market changes.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing B2B partners and explore new partnership opportunities.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management regarding supply achievements, challenges, and strategic plans.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in B2B supply operations management within the pre-owned vehicle industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing teams.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to implement best practices, streamline processes, and drive operational excellence.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive approach to identifying opportunities and addressing challenges.
  • Proficiency in using business analytics tools and CRM systems.
  • Budget management experience is preferred.
