Pre-Sales Executive

Role Overview:

As a Pre-Sale Executive, you will play a crucial role in lead conversion and customer engagement by making outbound calls to potential buyers, understanding their needs, and encouraging them to visit our showroom for further assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Engagement & Conversion Make outbound calls to potential customers from inquiries, marketing campaigns, and databases.
• Customer Consultation Understand customer needs, provide relevant information, and guide them through the buying process.
• Persuasion & Follow-Ups – Address queries, handle objections, and encourage leads to visit DriveX’s showroom for a better experience.
• CRM Management – Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and conversion status in the CRM system.
• Coordination with Sales Team – Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth customer handover and maximize walk-in conversions.
• Target Achievement – Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly conversion goals.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in telecalling, lead conversion, inside sales, or customer service.
• Excellent communication & persuasion skills in English, Kannada, Hindi, and Tamil.
• Ability to handle objections and build customer relationships over the phone.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking software is a plus.
• Target-driven with a passion for sales and customer engagement.
