Role Overview

We are looking for a Team Lead – Procurement (Exchange Team) to drive vehicle procurement through the exchange channel. The ideal candidate should have experience in the automobile industry, strong operational excellence, and team coordination skills to ensure smooth procurement from dealer networks, OEM partners, and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Exchange Procurement Strategy: Lead and manage the vehicle procurement process through exchange programs with OEMs, dealers, and other partners.
• Operational Excellence: Streamline exchange operations, reduce turnaround time, and enhance the efficiency of procurement workflows.
• Dealer & OEM Coordination: Build and maintain strong relationships with dealer networks and OEMs to ensure a consistent supply of vehicles.
• Team Management: Supervise and mentor a team of procurement executives, ensuring effective communication and execution of targets.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Monitor key procurement metrics, analyze trends, and optimize exchange operations based on data insights.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, evaluation, and logistics teams to ensure smooth onboarding and processing of exchanged vehicles.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements in the exchange process.

Key Requirements

• Experience in the Automobile Industry is a Plus, particularly in vehicle exchange programs.
• Strong understanding of procurement, dealer networks, and OEM collaborations.
• Expertise in Operations Excellence and process improvement.
• Excellent team coordination and leadership skills to manage procurement associates.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to analyze procurement trends and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in CRM and procurement management tools is a plus.
