Pre - Sales Executive (Inside Sales)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and persuasive lead conversion calling agent to engage potential customers; nurture leads and convert them into walk-in customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a results-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from the database, inquiries, or marketing campaigns.
• Engage customers, understand their needs, and effectively pitch relevant products/services.
• Persuade and encourage leads to visit the store, office, or event location for further engagement.
• Follow up on warm leads, address queries, and overcome objections professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and conversions in CRM software.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless coordination between calls and walk-in visits.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly conversion targets.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in tele calling, lead conversion, inside sales, or customer service.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills in [English, Kannada, Hindi, Tamil].
• Ability to handle objections and build rapport over the phone.
• Experience working with CRM tools and lead tracking software is a plus.
• Target-driven with a passion for sales and customer engagement.
