Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage attendance, leave, payroll processing, statutory compliance, contract labor management, and time office operations.
  
• Ensure accurate salary processing and wage calculations for employees.
  
• Maintain records of employee data and perform regular audits to ensure compliance with labour laws.
  
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve any issues related to HR operations.
  
• Provide support in implementing new HR policies and procedures.
