Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled IT Recruiter with 2 to 4 years of experience in hiring for SAP (all modules) and Oracle roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and the ability to identify top talent in the ERP domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment for SAP (all modules) and Oracle positions.
• Source and screen candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and other hiring platforms.
• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and feedback with hiring managers.
• Manage offer negotiations and onboarding processes.
• Maintain and update candidate pipelines and recruitment databases.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

• 2 to 4 years of IT recruitment experience, preferably in SAP & Oracle hiring.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and hiring tools.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Experience in working with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
• Prior experience in staffing agencies or IT service companies is an advantage.
