Principal Consultant (5-7 yrs)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Principal Consultant with 5 years of expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, the ability to manage complex projects, and in-depth knowledge of IT Industry.

Role & responsibilities:

• Design, develop and test technical components in Oracle EBS based on the functional requirements. Ability to develop reports in Apex.
• Lead project teams and coordinate resources effectively, from initial analysis to final implementation
• Documentation of Technical designs, Unit test scenarios.
• Conduct in-depth analysis, develop insights, and recommend strategies that address clients' complex challenges.
• Perform unit testing and document the results.
• Understand clients' business needs and challenges, providing tailored solutions and strategic advice.
• Collaborate with team members and help in meeting the deliverables.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders, outlining key insights, recommendations, and actions.

  Identify and mitigate risks in project delivery to ensure client satisfaction and successful outcomes.
  
  

Required/mandatory Skills:

• Minimum 5+ years in
• Oracle EBS Apps technical and Apex. Experience in
• EBS technical aspects viz sql, pl/sql objects, Reports, Forms,
• Interfaces.
• And working knowledge in Apex.

Educational Qualifications

B Tech, Bachelor Degree, MCA or equivalent
