Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and drive the talent acquisition process for IT and software-related roles. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in recruiting for the technology sector, with a proven track record of sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier IT professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, technical skills, and company culture fit.
• Recruitment of Sales & Marketing professionals, Consultants, and Developers at all levels across the organization in Middle East & India.
• Source, screen, and evaluate qualified candidates using job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and overall fit for the organization.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding formalities.
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience by being the Buddy for the candidate for 3 months and providing timely feedback and communication.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of top IT talent for current and future hiring needs.
• Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and recruitment tools for effective candidate tracking and database management.
• Stay updated with the latest hiring trends and market conditions in the IT industry.
• Partner with HR and hiring managers to enhance employer branding and attract top IT talent.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidate must have 3-5 years of experience in end-to-end IT recruitment in preferably a service consulting organization.
• Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and software development processes.
• Experience in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and other professional networks.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in using ATS and recruitment software.
• Proficiency in MS Office including Excel, Word, and Power Point.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of employment laws and best hiring practices.
• Must possess great commercial acumen.
• Must bring a genuine approach to day-to-day dealings that includes maintaining the highest standards of ethics & confidentiality.
