- The Modern Trade & Ecommerce Business is of strategic importance to Nivea India, the channel contributes nearly 50% to total Nivea India Business-, and recently we have seen a resurgence in Organized Trade which is seeing 2-5X growth.
- With rapid urbanization, increasing disposable incomes in the country and recent developments around the unified taxation regime in India, The Organized Trade business is witnessing great traction and expansion and is expected to be the flagbearer of growth in big cities / towns.
- This rapid growth brings challenges and focus around RGM, Customer Profitability, Channel/Customer Mix, Accounts Receivable, Account Reconciliation, etc. and the incumbent is expected to track, prepare and analyze financial trends on a timely basis for effective management intervention and decision making, drive Financial Hygiene and discipline around Customer Trade support process, Accounts receivable etc..
- The incumbent will be the primary finance resource to Organized Trade team and Organized Trade process vendors, and will help and enable OT team in Accounts receivables, Processes, Customer Mandates, Financial analysis and insights along with governance and adherence to global audit protocols and controls.
Overall obligation:
- Preparation and partnering with NKAM & Channel Head on Business, Annual and quarterly Plans.
- Analysis and monitor Overdue, and Customer account maintenance and hygiene.
- Coordinate with external agencies on customer hygiene & Claims.
- Monthly review of commercials & receivables with channel head (Spend - Plan vs Actual, Claim settlement status, Analysis on various trade spends)
- Preparation of Month end Financial & Commercial Insights and Deck.
- Actively involved in Month end meetings (MEM)
- Driving Commercial efficiency project in commercial process to support the business.
- Continue strengthening the internal business controls and ensure high adherence.

- Analytical - should be methodical ,systematic and have logical reasoning
- Communication - Speaks clearly, fluently and effectively to both individual and groups. Writes in a clear and concise manner, using appropriate style and language.
- Presentation & Analytics - Proficient in power point presentations & Excel
- Organized - Organizes and schedules events, activities and resources. Develops process which are self-driven and sustainable.
- Projects - Ability to work on projects within defined timelines & managing constraints
Qualifications:
1. CA with minimum 0-2 years of work experience
2. Good knowledge of MS Excel, Power BI
3. Command over spoken & written English
