V-Mart Retail - Manager - Finance - Commercial & Fixed Assets - CA (3-8 yrs)

Commercial:

- Commercial review & vetting or contracts and/or financial commitments.

- Maintaining & Controlling DCF/IRR bases capes decisions.

- Working with other departments & vendors to negotiate & close commercial contracts.

Online Business:

- Review and controls around all of parts of online business activities.

- Assist the online business finance team in controlling costs & variances.

- Own the AOP and forecasting process in close collaboration with online business teams.

Fixed Asset:

- Control over fixed asset accounting including purchases, FAR management & physical tagging of assets along with existing FA Team.

Experience : 3 to 5 Years.

Education : Minimum qualification - CA.

Key Skills and Attributes:.

- Excellent analytical, data modeling, financial forecasting and prioritizing skills.

- Highly developed oral and written communication skills.

- Proficiency in market research, business plan creation and presentations skills.

- Strong influencing skills and ability to manage diverse stakeholders especially at senior level.

- Preferred prior experience in handling financial planning and analysis profile.
