We are hiring for Business Analyst Position

Job Description Summary:

Business Analyst: The business analyst must be able to write detailed business requirement documents, be able to perform root cause analysis of any issues with the suggested solution, perform manual testing and be able to write SQL complex queries

Employment Type: Permanent

Job Location: Gurugram (Hybrid Work Model | Work from Office)

Qualification: MBA (Computer Science) / B.Tech (Computer Science) / MCA

Experience: 6+ Years (Min 3 Yrs of core SQL Experience)

Selection Process: SQL Tests followed by Technical and HR Interviews.

Job Responsibilities:

- Excellent client servicing skills ensure that deliverables are completed within the expected time frame.

- Able to set up dynamically rendered documents on content automation product using below skills

- Strong Knowledge of Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing and Business Architecture.

- Excellent understanding of Data services, Data ETL using SQL query tools and applications.

- Experience in conducting GAP analysis, SWOT analysis, Risk analysis and Cost/Benefit analysis.

- Able to help Product Development by reflecting

- Extensive experience in the development, implementation and integration strategies within a team-oriented environment, utilizing quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.

- Excellent Business writing skills in writing project documentation such as: Business Requirements Document (BRD), Functional Requirement Document (FRD), and Use Case Specifications.

- Work closely with project stakeholders, SMEs, staff to understand the requirements and specifications for new applications along with re-engineering the existing application.

- Working expertise in Workflows and UML diagrams such as Use case diagrams.

- Able to perform UAT by

- Conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and verifying performance, reliability, and fault tolerance issues.

- Ability to work both independently and in cross-functional team environments manages and prioritizes multiple projects, quick learner.

Required Skills:

- Experience in Alternative Investment Industry as Business Analyst with an excellent understanding of Business Requirement gathering, Business Analysis, Business Process Modeling

- Exceptionally good SQL Skills.

- Having a solid understanding of Agile process/SDLC and various tools such as MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook), MS Project, MS SharePoint,

- Must have attention to detail to enhance the quality of the product.

- Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills.

- Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.

- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure.

- Work from home requirement

- Must have power backup arrangement to avoid interruptions due to power failure

- Must have broadband connection with speed >=70 mps to support faster data exchange and smooth workflow.

- Must be able to attend video base calls/meetings through laptop

- Must have noise-free workstation to avoid disruptions during the work time.

- Must follow the US holiday calendar and be able to work during Indian Holidays.

- Must be able to do 13:00 to 22:00 shift time from Apr to Sep and once daylight saving kicks in the month of Oct, able to do 14:00 to 23:00 shift from Oct to Mar
