Job Description:

- We are seeking a skilled and proactive Senior Business Analyst to join our team.

- The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our technical team and clients, ensuring smooth implementation, functionality, and adoption of our solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

- Oversee project implementation documentation.

- Manage and track project tasks using JIRA.

Client Engagement:

- Conduct application demonstrations for clients.

- Gather and analyze client feedback during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Testing and Quality Assurance:

- Perform end-to-end functional testing during UAT.

- Ensure seamless application performance and compliance with client requirements.

Domain Expertise:

- Possess a strong understanding of GST regulations, AR/AP accounting, and TDS compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- 4-6 years of experience in business analysis, with expertise in managing enterprise software implementations.

- Proficiency in JIRA and other project management tools.

- Strong knowledge of GST, AR/AP processes, and TDS compliance.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively interact with clients.

- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
