Sr Sales Engineer - Process
Responsible for preparing P1 & P2 category offers.
Clients visit & making offers for their requirement.
To update oneself on the latest trends in the field & work closely with execution for the possible product up-gradation.
Ensure collection of payment, C from & PBG from customers through close monitoring.
- Qualification : BE Mechanical / Instrumentation
- Job Profile :
Responsible for preparing P1 & P2 category offers.
Clients visit & making offers for their requirement.
To gather information on competition on regular basis for planning market strategy.
To update oneself on the latest trends in the field & work closely with execution for the possible product up-gradation.
Prepare budgets for the business s product lines based on market potential.
Follow up with client for order.
Responsible for preparation of techno- commercial bids / technical /offers, to offer appropriate optimal solution.
Interacting with field sales teams and customer pro-actively for providing technical /Commercial inputs to them.
Responsible for techno-commercial contract review on receipt of order against offer submitted.
Ensure collection of payment, C from & PBG from customers through close monitoring.
Ensure prompt action on customer complaints and strive for customer satisfaction.
ISO /5 S implementation
Providing Technical support /commercial support to the representative.
Co-ordination with execution team.
Coordination with regional representative for offer dispatch follow ups.
Report Updation as required / applicable.
